Combining the original 4S experience model, Bin Bao is set to officially unveil its latest concept in Guangzhou’s Tianhe Wan Ling Hui Square on December 25th. But now, this model is making waves in the fashion industry. This December, Bin Bao will open its first 4S-style concept store in Guangzhou, covering an area of 500 square meters. The new 4S experience space draws inspiration from the Brandenburg Gate and its central axis, symbolizing a journey through time from classic to modern. Lawrence Mark, Market Director at BENBO China, explains the theme: "Passing through the most dazzling Brandenburg Gate feels like stepping into a time tunnel, where past and future meet." Unlike the traditional 4S model used in the automotive industry, Bin Bao’s version is a completely new retail approach developed after six years of research on China’s urban fashion consumption habits and trends. The 4S experience includes four key elements: Sell, Sight Experience, Self-Identity Service, and Life Style Salon. This innovative model breaks away from the single focus on product sales. Instead, it emphasizes immersive visual experiences, offering the latest fashion trends, affordable yet stylish clothing, and artistic retail environments. Fashion influencers will be invited to provide personalized services, while collaborations with other fashion brands will bring unique cross-border experiences to the 4S concept hall. According to Lin Jingxin, a marketing expert from Zhongshan University’s Institute of Public Relations, applying the 4S concept from the automotive industry to fashion is a significant shift in traditional retail models. While the core of an automotive 4S shop lies in after-sales service, Bin Bao’s 4S concept focuses on experiential marketing and consumer engagement. This approach not only responds to current fashion trends but also represents a major evolution in retail strategies. With the introduction of the 4S experience model in its flagship stores, Bin Bao is setting a new trend in the Chinese apparel and fashion industry, paving the way for a fresh wave of retail innovation.
