Overview

A special tubular belt fabric for the ligating of various shoes such as leather shoes and sneakers. Most of them are hollow, and a small amount contains cores, which can be woven or knit. Because it is a tubular fabric, it needs to be pressed into a flat shape, with a certain degree of elasticity, it will not slip off after ligation, and it is not easy to break when stressed. Generally cotton yarns or vinylon yarns are used as raw materials, and are produced by knitting on circular knitting machines or by high-speed and high-efficiency knitting shoelaces machines. On both ends of shoelaces, there must be packing materials to prevent loose ends. In the past, two heads of shoe laces were often used to secure the head, often using metal or plastic sheets. Chemical compound hot-rolled heads are now used.

According to the appearance and use requirements of the matching shoes, laces can be divided into leather laces, football laces, ball laces, athletic laces, and tourist laces.

Athletics shoelaces are 45 to 65 cm in length, 80 to 120 cm in ball laces, 120 to 200 cm in football laces, and 80 to 120 cm in tourism.
