The polypropylene foaming material used in automobiles includes a polypropylene foamed sheet and a molded member made of polypropylene expanded beads.
Polypropylene foam sheet is mainly used as a car roof insulation, engine compartment lining sound insulation material and spare tire cover. The sheet has a specification of generally 1.5 to 6 mm, a density of 60 to 150 kg/m3, and a product width of 1000 to 1500 mm.
